Jets adding a new QB: Titans cast-off Will Levis set to sign with New York's practice squad, per report

The New York Jets have reinforced their quarterback depth by adding Will Levis to the practice squad. To create room for the former Tennessee Titans player, the franchise parted ways with Bailey Zappe. Levis previously visited New York for a tryout earlier this month after being waived by Tennessee on August 30.

While Geno Smith remains the primary starter and rookie Cade Klubnik handles the secondary role, the front office sought a veteran with prior starting experience. Levis brings twenty-one career starts since entering the league in 2023, though he struggled with consistency and turnovers during his tenure with the Titans.
