Zay Flowers injury: Ravens WR questionable due to hamstring

Baltimore Ravens wideout Zay Flowers exited Sunday's Week 1 clash facing the Indianapolis Colts with a hamstring issue, leaving his return in question. Before suffering the setback in the second quarter, Flowers was putting together a monstrous showing, reeling in five receptions for 150 yards to push Baltimore ahead 21-6.

His explosive first half featured a 49-yard grab that paved the way for a 5-yard Lamar Jackson touchdown run, as well as a 54-yard scoring strike hauled in directly from Jackson. The outburst marked Flowers' tenth career outing eclipsing 100 receiving yards, matching Mark Andrews for the franchise record.

His departure further depletes Baltimore's receiving corps, which was already missing three of its top four targets against Indianapolis after rookie Ja'Kobi Lane was sidelined by a wrist ailment. Flowers had previously practiced fully on Friday after managing the hamstring concern throughout the week leading up to the season opener.
