Yankees leave Aaron Judge off postseason roster, activate Stanton and Grisham

The New York Yankees will begin their postseason run without captain Aaron Judge, who has been omitted from the Wild Card Series roster due to a calf issue as reported by Jack Curry of YES Network. However, manager Aaron Boone will welcome back Giancarlo Stanton and Trent Grisham from the injured list for the opening matchup against Boston in the Bronx.

Stanton has been sidelined since April following a groin injury, while Grisham has missed time due to a lingering hamstring problem. The opening game of the series features Cam Schlittler on the mound against Payton Tolle.
