What is Shreyas Iyer's record in Bengaluru in T20Is?

Shreyas Iyer has played three T20 International innings at Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium, compiling a modest 58 runs across those appearances. His highest score at the venue came in December 2023, when he scored an unbeaten 53 off 37 balls against Australia, including five boundaries and two sixes.

Earlier outings saw him score just five runs in his debut T20I at the ground in September 2019 against South Africa, while a second encounter in June 2022 ended without a result after he went unbeaten on a single ball. The venue, known for its short boundaries, has hosted eight T20Is involving India, with the hosts winning four and losing three of those matches.

Iyer’s overall T20I record stands at 1,551 runs in 60 matches, but his performance at M Chinnaswamy remains limited to a single half-century and a strike rate of 126.09 at the ground.
