Semyon Varlamov claimed his 290th career regular-season victory on October 27, 2026, ending a drought that had lasted nearly two years since his last official win. The New York Islanders defeated the Nashville Predators 4-3 in a shootout at Bridgestone Arena after the regulation and overtime periods concluded with a 3-3 tie.
