UFC Hall of Famer Addresses Ciryl Gane Cheating Accusations

During a recent podcast appearance, former fighters Dominick Cruz and TJ Dillashaw discussed recent allegations regarding heavyweight champion Ciryl Gane committing fouls inside the cage. Critics have pointed to accidental eye contact during a bout with Tom Aspinall at UFC 321, along with blows to the back of the head against Alex Pereira at UFC Freedom 250.

Neither analyst believes the Frenchman acts with malicious intent or intentionally breaks rules during his bouts. Dillashaw specifically noted that Pereira shifting his head during exchanges magnified the issue, while also defending referee Herb Dean from public backlash.
