Toone and Kelly miss out on Lionesses squad

England head coach has named the roster for upcoming World Cup qualification fixtures against Greece, leaving out prominent veterans Ella Toone and Chloe Kelly alongside Aggie Beever-Jones, Lotte Wubben-Moy, and Taylor Hinds. Meanwhile, Leah Williamson comes back to captain the side following an absence from previous summer fixtures, and Niamh Charles returns after recovering from injury.

The two-legged qualifying battle begins on Friday, 9 October, with the opening fixture taking place in Crete, before the return match unfolds in Leicester on Tuesday, 13 October.
