Three Share Dominican Republic Lead With Six Korn Ferry Tour Cards At Stake

The Korn Ferry Tour’s Dominican Republic event is shaping up as a high-stakes showdown for six coveted PGA Tour cards, with three players sharing the lead after three rounds. The trio sits atop the leaderboard, each vying for a spot in the top 10 that would secure their 2027 PGA Tour exemptions.

This competition comes as the DP World Tour’s Race to Dubai remains a focal point for elite golfers, with Eugenio Chacarra recently solidifying his position at the top following his victory at the DP World India Championship. Chacarra’s strong performance in Delhi has put pressure on rivals like Rory McIlroy and Patrick Reed, who now find themselves chasing a different narrative in the standings.

Meanwhile, the SAS Championship saw Vijay Singh and Tim O’Neal share the lead at 6 under, with Freddie Jacobson also in contention ahead of Sunday’s final round. The event’s unpredictable weather added another layer of tension, forcing adjustments and keeping the leaderboard fluid.
