Tennessee Titans news: Moving forward after win vs. Colts

The Tennessee Titans secured their first win of the season with a hard-fought 26-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6, snapping a mid-game slump that left them struggling to score in the first half. Starting quarterback Cam Ward avoided a disastrous debut against a divisional opponent, though his performance still leaves questions about his long-term viability as the team’s leader.

Meanwhile, cornerback Alontae Taylor—who signed a three-year, $58 million contract this offseason—sat out the game as a healthy scratch, raising eyebrows about his role moving forward. The win marked a late-season turnaround for the Titans, who trailed by halftime before staging a second-half comeback to edge out the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium.
