Talking Tarik Skubal, Ty France, and all the offseason issues for the Mets | The Mets Pod

The latest installment of *The Mets Pod* dives into the New York Mets’ offseason priorities, with hosts Connor Rogers and Joe DeMayo dissecting the team’s free-agent strategy. Central to the discussion are outfielders Tarik Skubal and Ty France, both of whom remain in play as the Mets evaluate their options to bolster the lineup.

The conversation also extends to other potential targets, including the possibility of signing Japanese slugger Teruaki Sato, while voicemails from listeners spark debates about Francisco Lindor, Francisco Alvarez, and Bryce Harper’s future roles. Meanwhile, the segment *Down on the Farm* examines the prospects of young infielder Jefferson Rojas, and the Mailbag addresses fan questions about the team’s timeline for improvement and the feasibility of a major overhaul this winter.
