Talking points: O'Neill under pressure, Rangers eye top spot & Hibs' new era

Martin O'Neill remains at the helm of Celtic following a period of personal evaluation after the club suffered three consecutive losses before the international break. Despite facing fan protests and pressure to secure a sixth straight league title, the 74-year-old manager has received public support from chief executive Michael Nicholson as the team prepares to face Motherwell.

Meanwhile, Marink Reedijk has taken charge at Hibernian, and Derek McInnes is aiming to guide Rangers to the top of the table. The league resumes with several clubs looking to avoid a fourth straight defeat, a slump Celtic last experienced under Wilfried Nancy during the previous season.
