Stock Up, Stock Down (10.20.25)

Despite Penn State's recent struggles, wide receiver Chase Sowell provided a bright spot on Saturday by hauling in 11 catches for 151 yards and a touchdown. His performance drew comparisons to former Nittany Lions standouts like Chris Godwin and Dae'Sean Hamilton, as the team looks forward to the potential return of injured receiver Koby Howard following their bye week.

Elsewhere in college football, the sport saw a chaotic Saturday as top-ranked Georgia, Alabama, Texas, and Notre Dame all suffered upsets. Meanwhile, Ohio State narrowly defeated Indiana, and Miami survived a close contest against Florida State, all occurring just days after news broke regarding a future 24-team playoff format.
