Steelers trade Joey Porter Jr to Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys have acquired cornerback Joey Porter Jr. from the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for a second-round selection and a conditional sixth-round pick, according to league reports.

Porter missed the opening weeks of the season while dealing with a back injury and a contract dispute involving a missing long-term extension. He now reunites with former Pittsburgh teammate George Pickens in Dallas.
