Should Luke Fickell still be on hot seat despite key win?

Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell entered the current campaign facing intense pressure following a difficult prior season and a lengthy losing skid, though athletic director Chris McIntosh previously offered backing. Despite early roster inconsistencies and offensive struggles, the squad has rebounded to a three-win start after defeating Eastern Michigan and securing a dramatic 24-20 comeback victory against Penn State on the road.

Analysts are now examining whether this marquee upset is enough to fully secure his position.
