Shai Hope blames West Indies middle order after 8-wicket loss to India

Following an eight-wicket defeat to India, West Indies skipper Shai Hope expressed disappointment regarding his team's inability to capitalize on a strong opening stand, noting that the batting lineup missed out on adding sixty to eighty extra runs. Although Justin Greaves and John Campbell established a century-plus partnership at the start of the innings, the subsequent middle-order collapse hindered their total before Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill secured the victory with centuries for the hosts.
