Sean McVay has no timeline for Myles Garrett's return after knee surgery, defends playing him in Week 1 loss to 49ers

Following a scoreless defensive outing in a 27-7 Week 1 defeat against the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams defensive end Myles Garrett is slated for arthroscopic knee surgery. The former Texas A&M standout, who did not record any tackles during his Rams debut, will subsequently be moved to injured reserve and is mandated to miss at least four contests.
