The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association is planning to honor three prominent former cricketers by dedicating stadium seating sections to them at a famous venue in Chennai. If the proposal receives formal approval, the ceremony will celebrate S Venkataraghavan, Kris Srikkanth, and Ravichandran Ashwin during an upcoming regional tournament.

Each of the three former players enjoyed distinguished careers representing the state and the national team across multiple eras.
