Ranji Trophy: Kaushik, Rinku hit unbeaten tons, put UP on top v Bihar

Uttar Pradesh recovered from a precarious 85/3 to finish the opening day of their Ranji Trophy match at 287/3. Madhav Kaushik and Rinku Singh anchored the recovery with an unbroken 202-run partnership, both reaching unbeaten centuries by the close of play.

Bihar had initially gained the upper hand by removing Abhishek Goswami, Aryan Juyal, and Karan Sharma early in the innings. Suraj Kashyap proved the most effective bowler for the home side, claiming two wickets while conceding 44 runs across his 27-over spell.
