The company behind the proposed R360 rugby tournament has received a strike-off warning over delayed financial filings. AOTG Sport missed its July deadline with Companies House and now has two months to submit the paperwork or face dissolution.
The enterprise previously postponed its debut from October 2026 to 2028 following pushback from major Test unions and governing bodies. Project frontman Mike Tindall insists the delay stems from an administrative error by accountants and that the global circuit remains on course.
Directors Stuart Hooper and Mark Spoors hold major shares alongside primary investor 885 Capital.
