Pirates get first winning season since 2018

This achievement marks the franchise's first winning season since 2018, snapping a prolonged drought that ranked among the longest active skids in Major League Baseball.

Securing this milestone represents only the fifth time the organization has finished above the threshold of a .500 record over the past thirty-four years. Despite falling short of a postseason berth after fading down the stretch, the club demonstrated an eleven-win improvement compared to the previous year.
