Pens Points: Penguins give updates on Kindel, Rust

The Pittsburgh Penguins ended a four-game slide with a shutout win against the Florida Panthers. General manager Kyle Dubas reported that Ben Kindel is recovering from a vasovagal episode and may return to activities next week.

Meanwhile, Bryan Rust has been placed on injured reserve with a lower-body injury that will sideline him for at least six weeks. To address these roster gaps, the team recalled Rutger McGroarty and Chase Pietila from their AHL affiliate.
