Overreaction Monday: Chiefs Not A Super Bowl Contender? Steelers Are Legit?

The Kansas City Chiefs faced a harsh reality check during their 20-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, failing to reach the red zone throughout the entire contest. Patrick Mahomes struggled significantly, finishing with 165 passing yards and an interception, while Kenneth Walker III was limited to just 36 yards on the ground.

The Chiefs' offense was hampered by the absence of Josh Simmons, Jaylon Moore, Rashee Rice, and Tyquan Thornton, yet Travis Kelce also failed to make an impact. Conversely, Jaxson Smith-Njigba dominated the game with 165 receiving yards and a touchdown, fueling a strong performance from Sam Darnold.

In other action, Jordan Love recorded 274 passing yards, two touchdowns, and an interception, though his efforts were insufficient to lead the Green Bay Packers past the Detroit Lions.
