Oklahoma reportedly fires offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle amid disappointing 4-4 record

Following a difficult 4-4 start to the season, Oklahoma has dismissed offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle. The decision comes on the heels of a 42-25 defeat against South Carolina, a game where the home crowd openly voiced their frustration with the team's offensive performance.

Head coach Brent Venables opted to make the staff change on Monday after the unit struggled to maintain consistency throughout the year. Arbuckle had been serving in the role since his appointment in December 2024.
