Northwestern Wildcats vs. Penn State: 3 Things to Expect

Northwestern is set to host Penn State on Friday night for the inaugural contest at New Ryan Field. The Wildcats carry a 2-1 record into the sold-out stadium following a narrow near-upset of Indiana, while the Nittany Lions arrive at 3-1 after dropping their previous contest to Wisconsin.

Offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and quarterback Aidan Chiles will look to build upon their recent strong second-half performance after Chiles posted nearly three hundred passing yards and three total scores last week. Linebacker Kobie McKinzie noted that the packed, intimate thirty-five thousand capacity venue will create a remarkably loud environment for the historic opening kickoff.
