NFL predictions: 4 game picks for critical Bears-Seahawks matchup

Monday Night Football features an intense Week 8 showdown between the Chicago Bears and the Seattle Seahawks, as both squads showcase major new additions following recent trades. Seattle has bolstered its offensive line with Quenton Nelson, while Chicago added Jeffery Simmons to anchor its defensive front.

Analysts are pointing toward a lower-scoring affair on the total points line due to both clubs relying heavily on established ground games, with the Bears leading the league in rush frequency and the Seahawks also heavily featuring carries. Meanwhile, standout wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba continues a stellar season following a dominant performance against Kansas City, driving high expectations for his offensive production in the upcoming contest.
