NFL news, live updates: In Josh Jacobs case, motion made to keep video sealed; Zay Flowers not practicing Wednesday with hamstring injury

September 14, 2026

Legal representatives in the matter involving Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs have filed a motion seeking to prevent video footage from being released to the public. Meanwhile, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers missed Wednesday's practice session due to a hamstring issue that currently leaves him day-to-day.

Flowers exited Baltimore's 41-23 Week 1 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, and his participation in upcoming workouts will dictate his availability for Sunday's matchup hosting the New Orleans Saints.

Ahead of a Thursday clash between the Buffalo Bills and the Detroit Lions, both rosters are managing multiple physical setbacks. Buffalo listed defensive contributors Terrel Bernard and Cole Bishop on their estimated participation report following Monday's walkthrough.

Across the field, Detroit designated cornerback D.J. Reed as an addition to Tuesday's report, while right tackle Blake Miller was marked as not participating alongside two other offensive linemen dealing with absences or limitations.
