New York Jets News: Jets Pushed to Immediately Cut Arian Smith

Following a brutal overtime defeat to the Green Bay Packers, pressure has mounted on the New York Jets organization to immediately release wide receiver Arian Smith. The Jets had built a 17-7 advantage by the final period before surrendering the lead, ultimately falling 20-17 at home.

The collapse has brought intense scrutiny upon head coach Aaron Glenn regarding his game management during the contest, while quarterback Geno Smith offered a blunt assessment of the team's costly mistakes after the final whistle.
