NBA Power Rankings: Rockets take over No. 1 spot with sublime start, Heat take huge tumble

The Houston Rockets have claimed the top position in the latest power rankings following an undefeated four-game opening stretch to the campaign. Analysts previously pegged their annual victory expectation at forty-eight and a half, a figure surpassed by their fifty-two wins last year even amidst roster challenges.
