Top selection AJ Dybantsa is set to take the floor for Washington for the first time this Wednesday evening in Cleveland. The nineteen-year-old missed the opening four fixtures of the campaign because of a left ankle sprain sustained near the conclusion of training camp.
He now joins a scoring unit that already features Anthony Davis and Trae Young, adding to a roster looking to elevate its competitive standing. Dybantsa arrives after a standout collegiate run at BYU where he posted 25.5 points per contest, followed by a strong showing in Summer League action and a preseason stretch where he put up 12.8 points per game.
