Off-road specialist Melisa Rollins is transitioning to the WorldTour, signing a two-year deal with EF Education-Oatly starting in 2027. The two-time Leadville 100 winner, who also claimed the US cross-country marathon national title this year, will relocate from Utah to Europe to focus exclusively on road racing.
Rollins previously competed in Belgium and Luxembourg with Virginia's Blue Ridge Twenty24 and plans to leverage her experience with selective, hilly terrain in her new professional chapter. A mid-season elbow injury provided a period of reflection that ultimately solidified her decision to pursue this new challenge.
