Mekhi Becton signs with Packers

Offensive lineman Mekhi Becton has secured a new opportunity with the Green Bay Packers, landing on their practice squad following a period of free agency. Insider Jeremy Fowler reported the move on Monday morning, which follows prior interest from the Pittsburgh Steelers and a stint with the Los Angeles Chargers that ended in his release after the 2025 season.

Philadelphia Eagles leadership elected not to pursue a reunion despite interior line struggles, reportedly due to concerns stemming from agency changes and previous red flags during Shrine Bowl week.
