The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly preparing to move wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. in a trade, but the Philadelphia Eagles are not expected to be involved in the deal.
Harrison Jr., a former No. 4 overall draft pick out of Ohio State in 2024, has struggled to meet expectations since entering the NFL, prompting the Cardinals to explore a change of scenery.
While the Eagles have extra draft capital following the Cam Jurgens trade, they appear content with their current receiving corps, including DeVonta Smith’s anticipated return from injury and the strong play of Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon. The reported asking price—a second-round pick and a conditional bonus—may also be too steep for Philadelphia’s current needs.
Instead, the Houston Texans are emerging as the likely destination for Harrison Jr., where he would reunite with his former college quarterback, C.J. Stroud.
