Manchester United star Lisandro Martinez agrees exit: report

Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez has reportedly taken a step toward leaving Old Trafford after lining up a preliminary agreement regarding personal terms with Atletico Madrid. The Argentine centre-back has experienced a difficult campaign under Michael Carrick, featuring recent struggles, disciplinary issues, and public criticism directed at club management.

Although four years have passed since his arrival from Ajax for fifty-seven million pounds, persistent questions regarding his height and recent benchings have fueled speculation about an impending departure. Diego Simeone's side must now determine whether to pursue a deal during the winter window or wait until the summer, with the defender currently valued at forty-five million euros and contract terms extending through 2027.
