LPGA announces 2026 schedule, with total purse increase of $10 million and 12,000 fewer miles to travel

The LPGA has unveiled its 2027 tournament calendar, featuring a record-breaking total prize pool of $147 million. This represents a $10 million increase over the previous season, while simultaneously reducing the total travel distance for participants by 12,000 miles.

The 33-event circuit will span 11 countries and 13 U.S. states, beginning in February with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions.

Players will benefit from a more streamlined travel route, including a two-week stretch in Hawaii during March. New additions to the schedule include the Futu Ladies World Championship in Hong Kong and a return to Corning, New York, for a tournament boasting a $5 million purse.

The season will also feature high-profile stops at Nanea Golf Club and The Plantation Course at Kapalua.
