Following a weather delay of more than two hours, the Cleveland Browns captured their first victory of the new campaign by defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-19 on the road. Deshaun Watson delivered a strong performance for the visitors, tossing a decisive 17-yard touchdown pass to Blake Whiteheart during the final quarter to complete the comeback.

Meanwhile, Baker Mayfield and his squad dropped to an 0-2 record despite completing 21 of 34 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown, though he also threw an interception and absorbed three sacks.
