Lewis Hamilton has criticized his teammate Charles Leclerc for a reckless approach during the Mexican Grand Prix. Hamilton argued that Leclerc's aggressive racing style, which led to a collision between the two at the fourth turn, cost Ferrari a potential one-two finish.
He suggested that this mentality prioritizes individual victory over team success, noting that he previously observed similar internal conflicts between Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jnr. Hamilton emphasized that team members must prioritize collective results and indicated that serious internal discussions are necessary to prevent future incidents.
He noted that while he has managed difficult teammate relationships in the past, such as with Nico Rosberg at Mercedes, he hopes for a more collaborative environment at Ferrari moving forward.
