Las Vegas Raiders-New York Jets FEED Topic: Monitoring Geno Smith’s ‘revenge game’

Geno Smith returns to face the Las Vegas Raiders this Sunday following a tumultuous 2024 campaign where he managed only two wins across 15 starts. After a difficult season that included a public confrontation with fans, Smith has shown marked improvement with the New York Jets, recording 10 touchdowns against just two interceptions.

The Raiders defense enters the contest struggling significantly, currently allowing over 35 points per game throughout October. While Smith has publicly downplayed the significance of the reunion, the matchup serves as a high-stakes opportunity for the veteran to prove his growth against his former team and coach Pete Carroll.
