Key Takeaways From The Notre Dame Defense vs Stanford

Notre Dame thoroughly dominated Stanford in a lopsided contest, cruising to a fifty-eight to seven victory that pushed their record to six wins and zero losses. The offense exploded for eight touchdowns and six hundred total yards, highlighted by freshman Jonaz Walton rushing for one hundred eighty-one yards to set a new program mark for a first-year player.

The defensive unit set the tone right away when Boubacar Traore sacked opposing quarterback Davis Warren and forced a fumble that teammate Jaiden Ausberry recovered. Head coach Marcus Freeman praised the team's depth and preparation following the blowout rivalry win.
