Joel Klatt has a new No. 1 in Top 10 rankings after Week 4

Following the fourth week of college football action, analyst Joel Klatt adjusted his weekly top ten list and installed the Georgia Bulldogs at the pinnacle position. Georgia climbed to the top spot on the heels of a convincing forty-one to thirteen victory against Oklahoma, overtaking the Texas Longhorns.

Meanwhile, the previous frontrunners slipped down the ladder after narrowly defeating Tennessee twenty to seventeen in a performance that failed to impress the analyst. Several other programs shifted positions in the latest update, including Florida and Oregon entering the elite group while other traditional contenders fell out entirely.
