Ohio State standout Jeremiah Smith set a fresh program milestone during the fifth week of the season, taking sole possession of the career receiving touchdowns record. During a road matchup against Iowa, the junior hauled in his second score of the afternoon to surpass the previous mark of thirty-five previously held by Chris Olave.

Celebrating the milestone in the end zone, Smith offered a nod to the iconic Heisman Trophy trophy while playing on the road in Iowa City. The performance further cements his rising candidacy for the prestigious award following a massive outing against Illinois the prior week.
