Jayson Tatum got a ‘surreal’ first look playing alongside Paul George

During a preseason matchup at TD Garden, Jayson Tatum experienced a peculiar sensation taking the court alongside veteran Paul George rather than his usual partner Jaylen Brown. The Celtics cruised to a 144-106 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, allowing Tatum to play with a childhood idol he once studied in high school and college.

George contributed thirteen points during his twenty-four minutes of playing time, converting three of ten field goal attempts while receiving praise from head coach Joe Mazzulla for his strong instincts on the floor.
