Jaylen Brown insists he never demanded Celtics trade, pushes back on 'false allegations' from Brian Scalabrine

Jaylen Brown is pushing back strongly against recent assertions made by television analyst Brian Scalabrine regarding his departure from Boston. The newly acquired Philadelphia guard firmly denied issuing any ultimatums or demanding a trade from the Celtics during the offseason.

The drama follows a massive divisional transaction that sent Brown to Philadelphia in exchange for Paul George, while Giannis Antetokounmpo was being pursued by Milwaukee. Although Jayson Tatum previously attempted to downplay any lingering tension between the former teammates, Brown remains visibly unimpressed and skeptical of those efforts.
