India Under-19 cricketer Rohit Yadav has received a two-year suspension following the discovery of an age discrepancy. The disciplinary measure comes amid a wider crackdown by the Cricket Association of Bengal, which penalized dozens of players for comparable age-fraud issues.

In total, the governing body issued prohibitions against 64 additional individuals found to have misstated their ages. Among those sanctioned in the sweep is Ravi Kumar, a bowler who previously claimed a title as part of India's victorious Under-19 World Cup squad.
