In a sweet spot, PGA Tour Champions returns to Hammock Beach with Furyk & Friends

The PGA Tour Champions is heading to the Ocean Course at Hammock Beach Resort for the 2026 Furyk & Friends tournament. This event marks the 24th stop on the current 28-tournament calendar and represents a relocation for the hosts, Jim and Tabitha Furyk, following a five-year tenure in Jacksonville.

The agreement secures the venue for two years with an option for an additional three, bringing professional senior golf back to a site that previously hosted events in 2007 and 2008. Tour officials have intentionally streamlined the schedule to avoid conflicts with major championships and other significant tournaments, aiming to bolster field strength and corporate partnerships.

Meanwhile, Steven Alker recently secured his 14th career victory on the tour, marking his third win in his last four appearances.
