How would you deploy the Phillies pitching in Game 3?

Following a strong performance from Cristopher Sanchez and Andrew Painter that forced a decisive third game against the Atlanta Braves, the Philadelphia Phillies enter a win-or-go-home matchup with their entire bullpen ready. Interim manager Don Mattingly and the club face tough decisions regarding their pitching rotation, with Aaron Nola expected to start and Zack Wheeler available on short rest after previous playoff relief experience.

Additional relief options include Alex McFarlane, Jhoan Duran, Tim Mayza, and Jonathan Bowlan, though their availability varies due to recent usage and injuries, while Painter could potentially make another brief appearance.
