Arshdeep Singh has achieved his one hundredth T20 International appearance for India during a match against New Zealand. He becomes the second specialist fast bowler from his country to hit this landmark, following Jasprit Bumrah.
During this fixture, the left-arm bowler recorded bowling figures of one wicket for forty-five runs from his four overs, claiming the dismissal of Daryl Mitchell. Several other Indian men have reached the century mark in this format previously, including Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Axar Patel, and Jasprit Bumrah.
In the women's division, Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Shafali Verma have also achieved at least one hundred T20I caps.
