Florida Secures Commitment from Top 25 Recruit Samuel Bailey

Jon Sumrall's squad has expanded its 2028 recruiting class to three prospects with the addition of offensive lineman Samuel Bailey. The Huntsville native stands as the twenty-third overall player in his class according to Rivals, holding the top spot among Alabama prospects while choosing the program over schools like Alabama, LSU, Ohio State, and Ole Miss.

Standing nearly six feet and six inches tall and weighing three hundred pounds, Bailey joins fellow early commitments Cyion Smith and Armani Strong. The program previously landed defensive back Cyion Smith prior to their matchup against Ole Miss, bringing fresh momentum to the roster alongside running back Jadan Baugh.
