Florida’s Jack Turner, a three-time All-American and current No. 19 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings, has earned a spot on Team USA for The Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship.
Turner replaces Miles Russell, who withdrew to compete in the PGA Tour’s Austin Championship. Turner’s credentials are substantial: he advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2026 U.S.
Amateur, finished as runner-up at the 2024 Western Amateur—playing 29 holes in the championship match against teammate Ian Gillian—and tied for 14th at the 2026 NCAA Championship with rounds of 68. He also earned AJGA All-America honors in 2023 and won the 2021 Sea Pines Junior Heritage.
Turner’s international experience includes representing the U.S. in the Arnold Palmer Cup in 2025 and 2026.
Joining him on the roster are Ethan Fang, Farah O’Keefe, and Anna Davis, with Sam Saunders returning as captain after a 21-year absence from The Spirit. The event, set for Whispering Pines Golf Club in Trinity, Texas, from November 11–14, will feature 80 of the world’s top amateur golfers from 20 countries and six continents.
