Five takeaways from Utah's 31-17 win over Iowa State

Fifteenth-ranked Utah held off a surging Iowa State squad to secure a 31-17 victory on the road. After building a commanding 24-3 advantage by halftime, the Utes weathered a furious fourth-quarter comeback attempt before sealing the win.

Wayshawn Parker starred for the victors by racking up 239 total yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns, highlighted by an opening 54-year scoring rush. Quarterback Devon Dampier also distributed the ball effectively to seven different receivers, while defensive efforts from players like Elijah Elliss helped blunt the opponent's late momentum.
