Fascinating facts and stats from Brewers' comeback sweep

The Milwaukee Brewers etched their name into baseball history by completing an unprecedented postseason comeback, sweeping the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS to reach their second World Series. This victory marked the first time a team has swept a postseason series after being swept by the same opponent the previous year—a feat never before achieved in MLB or across the NBA/NHL.

The Brewers also became the first team to trail in all four games of a best-of-seven series they ultimately won, showcasing their resilience in clutch moments. Their six comeback wins in eight postseason games set another record, while their dominant performance against the reigning champions tied them to an exclusive group of franchises that have accomplished similar sweeps in the World Series.
